• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
  • All orders are shipped though Canada Post; unless advised differently.   Canada Post shipments are handled by USPS in the United States.
  • When you order on line, you will be automatically brought to the checkout.   Because this website cannot calculate the exact postage costs (the online calculators available at the moment are higher than needed),  I will manually fill your order and advise the total including postage.  Payments can be made by etransfer, Paypal, Visa or MC.

I always try to work out the least expensive postage rates…which for Canadian customers, it will sometimes mean 1 or more large kraft envelopes rather than a combined package.   For U.S. and International customers, it means small packet rates which do not come with tracking/insurance.  Tracking/insurance can increase postage rates to these destinations by an additional $20.00 (approx).

*Please note that all sales are final, except in the case of a shipping error..  All products are inspected before packing/shipping to make sure that they are A-1.

** The Studio cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered letter rate/small packages that are shipped without tracking/insurance.   If tracking/insurance is required, please advise the Studio and your package will be invoiced accordingly.

“SPECIAL ORDER REQUESTS”
If you request an item and that item is ordered for you then the
item (s) must be purchased; unless cancellation is made prior to the Studio order being placed. Once the Studio order has been placed, the customer’s order is final.
When your order is ready and you receive notification, I need to ask that you please arrange payment ASAP.
There are some cases where I am waiting for balance items to fill orders; in that case, you will not receive a payment notification until your order is complete.
There are other cases where special payment arrangements have been made…which does not apply to the above.
  • Note:
  • Smaller orders are shipped by letter mail rate within Canada, or Small packet to the U.S.  There is no tracking numbers for these shipments.  Tracking numbers are only available for larger packages that are sent as such. (Both within Canada and to the U.S.).
  • Delivery time varies depending on destination.  1 week delivery is common within Canada and to the U.S. but for transborder shipments, custom delays can cause a future delay in delivery.
  • All sales are final unless the Studio has made an error on your order; in which case I will work quickly to be sure that we are able to find a solution for the error.
